Just a quickie, do they need the actual documents/proof/photos or are copies OK?

I think it's the actual documents. When I sent my stuff off I sent the actual documents, but I made sure it was by recorded delivery.

Who do I make the cheque out to? is it 'INZ'? (save me paying £1 a minute).

It says on the site I'll have to wait upto 4 months to hear back, I'm posting it all off tomorrow so fingers crossed it's alot sooner

Can't answer the cheque bit but when I applied, they quoted timelines around 6 to 9 months I got a Case Officer 1 week after dropping off my application at NZ House and was approved in principle in just under 2 months

New Zealand Immigration Service is what you probably want to write on the cheque.
