ANZTB ISEB ISTQB Certificates

ANZTB ISEB ISTQB Certificates
hi all,
has anyone got experience of these IT qualifications in NZ with regards to software testing jobs? I know that ANZTB is the equivalent of the other two in NZ but have only found it appear once in a job board.
I tried for a PAR (Pre Assessment Result) with NZQA for the ISEB foundation certificate in software testing and they told me that they were "unable to assess this qualification as comparable to a level on the New Zealand Register of Quality Assured Qualifications".
I was hoping to get a 50 point advantage with my certificate but wanted confirmation of it's value.
