After EOI claim spouse points

now i have 125 points without spouse points.

She need some time for IELTS 6.5 score and also we are not sure that she will get that score.

So now i want to apply with 125 and if not selected, within 6 months may be i can claim more 20 points for my spouse or after EOI selection i can claim points.

My question is, later is it possible to claim point for my spouse?
