advice please re visa
 

Looks like we have sold our house, have been waiting for the wife to receive a job offer before applying for a visa. We are looking to move over mid to late August. Are we to late to get a visa on the Long term skilled shortage (the wifes a nurse). If we came over on a work to residents visa can you also apply on skill shortage. I am finding it all really confusing at the mo.

If your wifes job is on the LTSS list you could apply for a temporary visa to get you in and started and then apply for permanent residency later.

Also if you come in on the WTR visa you can then convert that to permanent residency at a later date too.

If your wife is a nurse, there shouldnt be any problems.
