Advice please
 

Hello
We are a family of 3, with an 18month old.
I have a brother who's now a resident of NZ and we are looking at joining him next year.
my husband has 11 years + in plant operating, and I have 16 years experience in hairdressing. Both jobs are on the skilled migrant list but we are 30 points short on the EOI.
My brother has suggested my husband going over on a working holiday visa and finding a job then we follow on a holiday visa, once he has a work permit I can look for a job on a partner visa.
Does anyone have any other ideas/advice for us please?

I would do that - its too hard to do from oversea's, when going for jobs its a massive bonus if you are physically there (20 years recruitment background) good luck my wife is from NZ and I love it there
