advice needed for immigration
Hi,
We are looking for advice on emigrating to NZ before Aug 2011 as we have a 3 and 2 year old and wish to move before he is 5 and starts school.
I am a MoD Dog Handler with 13 years experience and my wife, Karen, is a NHS HCA- which is not on the skills shortage. Dog handler is but I need to find a job first before applying or a visa, I am in the security role and have carried out community policing.
Does anyone have any ideas on where these listed Dog Handling shortages are as I have looked at NZ Customs, NZ MoD and Department for Correction?But nothing. Please help with any suggestions.

The skills needed lists are here. You can submit an Expression of Interest without a job offer, but can only claim points for job titles on the Long Term Lists (LTSSL). Plug some details into the EOI points caluclator to see where you stand without a job offer. We had enough points to get selected without an offer.
