2 yr Work to Residence Visa -can we apply for residence before 2 yrs ?
Can any one help we are wondering if we can apply for our residence before the 2 yrs time frame on a work to residence visa?
Hubby has a talent visa - 2 yr work to residence. thanks julie |

You can apply anytime you meet the requirements, so the short answer is yes.
It may mean doubling up on some costs but IMO is worth it If you manage to do your application 'superfast' you could get away with your medical and police check still being valid :sneaky: |
