Default 2-year Rule

I understand that when one has got a NZ PR, unlike Aussie PR, one does not need to reside for 2 years every 5 years to get RRV. It does not sound right. Anyone out there can shed some light on this subject....? Much appreciated

Regards

Go to http://www.immigration.govt.nz and search for information on indefinite returning residents visas.

Won't help you get NZ citizenship, however. No special rights in Australia either.
