15 months old child - What VISA?
Hi,
I am applying for my Work Visa (Accredited Employer). My wife is applying for a Work Visa too (Partner Worker). Which VISA does my child get? Does she join on either Mine or my Wife's? Or is there a seperate VISA for her? The dependant child visa states that they can only study for 3 months. So to me that means she can't go to pre-school/Kindi for no more than 3 months. That can't be right, surely there must be a VISA that allows your child to go to school??? any info would help guys  |

For a 15 month old child it will be a visitor visa
By the time she is school age you should have residency I wuold hope. However if you are still on work visas , it would be a student visa. |

Hi
Yes it's a visitor visa. I moved with a 11 month old. He was still entitled to nursery funded hours ect when he turns 3. :) we just got residency from accredited employer :) |
