Hello Experts,
I am a post graduate of Bachelor's degree next June 2002, I'm currently holding
Technical Diploma.
If I submit my application this month, do I need to include my Bachelor's degree? I
should be getting it when appl'n is under process.

You don't have a Bachelor degree yet, so you cannot claim it in your application now.

What is a postgraduate of Bachelor's degree. It does not make sense.

You do not claim that it is complete, but insert the anticipated date of = completion
and you may want to include the transcripts of completed = portions.
When done, send the proof along.

A post graduate would surely be a study after a bachelors. Maybe they were intending
to go on for a masters or just write a couple of research papers...
