Default Wrong country of birth in e-client

I am sponsoring my wife. Today I received a letter from CIC that I am an eligible sponsor and the application has been forwarded to
Manila. Good news! That took 32 days including the Labour Day weekend.

I tried checking e-client online. On my application I wrote United Kingdom as my country of birth. On e-client UK and Great Britain
are not in the countries listed but Scotland and England are listed. I got it working for England but I was born in the "country" of
Scotland. Should I inform CIC in Mississauga (or Manila where my wife's visa office is) or just keep quiet and be happy that things
are progressing?

Well the United Kingdom is not a country, It is England, Scotland, Wales and
N. Ireland. Just send a fax to Manila if you want, it is not particularly
important for your wifes application.

You can request CIC to make changes to your application, don’t expect them to change it for the next 36 months.

By any definition that I can think of United Kingdom is a country and
the others are not.

Where is the English Army or the Scottish Embassy ? Or how about a
Welsh passport ? They simply do not exist

England is no more a country than B.C. is
