Wrong Application? PRTD
Hi All,
My application was returned two days after submition with the return reason "Wrong Application" which in a way is impossible. It was an application of PRTD as I am outside of Canada and my PR card has expired. I am sure it is a PRTD application and I can clearly see this against the application on the portal.
I have reviewed everything I could and the only error I found is the naming convention I was expected to follow for the supporting documents. Stupid man.
Could this have been a reason of return as "Wrong Applicaiton"?
At the moment when I go to "View Application" it still shows me the possibility view/edit and submit application. What I mean is that it is not locked etc in any way. Can I resubmit the same application or should I start a new one? Will I have to pay the fees again?
If you require more information to solve this mistery please let me know and I can provide of list of documents etc I submitted.
Thanks for any pointers.
Best regards,
