Default working 1 day in canada with a job on the list

bit of a hypothetical question here as i have spent far too much time on the eligibility test on cic's website.

So if i go to canada on a bunac

get employed as a chef/cook or any other of the 38

after the first days work is done(or a few months) fill out the forms as (worked full-time temporarily in Canada within the last three years?) yes

not a graduate or and dont have 2 years work experience (none of the above)

it then seems to say i may be eligible depending on points which i think i am, it can't be that easy right?

Not that easy, you require a years experience in the "list" to be eligible, unless you have had cooks/chefs training it might be iffy to prove if it is a first cooking job. or you would need 1 years working in NOC AB or O or an approved AEO.
