Default Work/Study during PR App process

I am a US citizen marrying a canadian. I currently reside in Toronto
with a temporary employment authorization visa, that is valid until
October (I will only be employed by current canadian employer unti
August). We are getting married in September 2003, and will apply for
PR status under spousal sponsership. During the application process:
1) Can I work or attend school?
2) If I am elgible to attend school during PR process will I be
considered an international student?
3) How long after the PR process is started will I have to wait
to obtain work/study authorization?

Thanks!

1) yes, but once you've received your AIP then apply for work or study
permit.
2) same answer
3) now, inland application's timeline for AIP is 3 to 4 months
