Are you both in Canada? If so, what status does your wife hold currently?

No we're still in the UK
My wife has an Indian Passport with a valid Canadian Visitor visa for 5yrs+
I however am a British born citizen and it seems i need a valid LMIA job offer before i enter Canada as oppose to my wife who can travel to Canada and apply for the LMIA whilst in Canada
If this is true then would i entitled to a work permit if my wife is granted one once she finds a job when in Canada?

As a UK Citizen can i not travel to Canada and when succesful aapply for a LMIA job in Canada or would i have to travel back to the UK and apply at POE or online?

Can I suggest you re-read your previous thread? It's been explained to you on there that that's not correct. Neither of you would actually apply for the LMIA, your potential employer would, but either of you could job hunt in Canada and then apply for a TWP once the LMIA has been received. It's the same process for either of you, her visa makes no difference at all to the process.

Depends on her job. As above, if the job was skilled then you would get an open work permit for the same duration as her work permit. Also, you need to think about whether or not she's likely to (a) find a sponsoring employer that is prepared to spend $1000 and wait months for her to start work; and (b) even if she can, is the LMIA likely to be granted i.e. are there really no Canadians that could do the job? Sorry to say, but unless she's got specialist skills that you've not mentioned, I don't think either are likely given she's currently a housewife with no recent work experience, and only worked in a Subway store prior to that.

As per your previous thread, it's fine to go to Canada and job hunt - in fact, that's recommended. Did you read the Job Hunting section of the Wiki as suggested? And you wouldn't have to travel back to the UK to apply, you would just flagpole and get the TWP at POE once the LMIA has arrived.

Although again, as per your previous thread, getting in to Canada if you don't have any ties to the UK and have no intention of returning may be tricky.

As your wife has a TRV she may get on a plane to Canada but if and how long she is actually admitted to Canada is up to the border officer upon entry. A TRV is not a permit to remain in Canada.
