Work Permit as Independent Contractor
I have just got a job offer for 6 month IT contract. For my work permit I don't need a labor market (HRSDC) opinion as I qualify as a 'systems integrator'.
My question is do I need to be a direct employee for the consultancy? Or can I incorporate a Canadian company and have an independent contractor agreement with the consultancy?
