I would be changing my employer and my new employer is based in Vancouver
and has clients all over Canada. I will be working from Toronto and may be
deputed to one of the client sites (Ottawa, Montreal) every now and then.
I know work permits are usually issued to allow work at a given location but
as explained my situation is little different

Is there any way I can ask CIC to eliminate the restriction to work at a
specific location.

If so what is the procedure. Any response is greatly appreciated
