You don’t need anything from WES for a work permit application.

So are you asking about getting equivalency just so your potential employer knows what it relates to in Canada, or an actual ECA for a PR app? They’re two different applications/processes, if you can clarify we can try and help.

Worth noting too that WES don’t usually assess vocational or professional qualifications, so it will depend on the subject you studied.
