Work Experience/reference letter - FSW program
Hi
I asked my previous organization to provide me a letter stating my roles and responsibilities on their letterhead, during the period of my employment, which they have refused as expected. Apparently, its against their HR policy.
Although, I have my offer + joining letter, followed by my promotion letter along with experience and relieving letter from the same company.
I am not sure, if that would be OK to submit. Please help me knowing, how can I provide my roles and responsibilities I held in past years, given under current situation.
Also, I cannot ask my current organization to provide me such thing in written. They might panic, if I am trying to switch jobs or leaving them.
Please help.
Regards
LSingh.

Re: Work Experience/reference letter - FSW program
Hi
Unfortunately, you have to obtain reference letters from your previous employers including the current one in order to apply for FSWP and obtain points for experience. Appointment and experience letters are not sufficient for this purpose.
Cheers.
