Default Work Exp Letters: Mr. Miller Pls Suggest

Hi all,

I applied for the immigration couple of months back. I am an IT pro.
with 6+ yrs of exp. Recently the current co. I was working for (past 3
yrs) closed down (I have taken up another job). My problem is that if
CHC tries to contact them, they may not get any replies.

Will that be a problem? If yes, can I do something to relove it?

Thanks

Perhaps depends on where you file your case. Recently there was a
person
in this newsgroup with a similar situation where his old company has
closed down and chc cairo and sent a letter to his old company for
verification.
