Default Work Employment contract

Hello Everyone,

I am going to apply for the immigration under federal skilled worker category and wondering do I have to mandotory submit employment contract. Or is it okay if I don't submit employment contract.

Or is it okay if I just submit reference letter from my manager and work experience letter (stating position, salary and start - end date of employment) from HR.

Secondly, for choice of interview location, what should I select? Which location is good in terms of processing time of application if interveiw kicks in or should I select "No Preference"? What should I do?

Your time and consideration are appreciated well in advance.
