I am trying to network a job before I go.

Bartending in DownTown Toronto pays really well in the right places but you do need alot of experience to work in them and it's very competitive.
I cover most areas at my current company, PPC, SEO, analytics, email and social. We're looking to move to Fredericton and there is next to nothing in the digital marketing area so I'll probably have to get a filler job anyway.

I have a fair amount of bartending and waitressing experience from my student days, hopefully I can snag something. It's probably less competitive than Toronto

Google's office in Toronto might be worth looking at for work: http://www.google.ca/support/jobs/bi...?answer=145499

I don't know Fredericton at all.

Do you work on the agency side or for a company?

I'm agency side but would quite like to move into client side. At the moment I've got to have my mind on so many different things at once and every client expects you to have an in depth knowledge of their business model, it would be nice to just be able to focus on one thing at a time.

It seems like there is quite a bit of IT and development in Fredericton but not much marketing.
