Withdrawing application - how?

Hi,

After much soul-searching Mr C and I have decided to withdraw our application (currently lodged at London awaiting 'in-process'). Our initial reasoning was to create a better life for us and our daughter, on balance it seems that we would be giving up too much for negligable gain in Canada.

How do we go about withdrawing our application? I sent a subject-specific email to enquire but got a general response which did not answer my question at all. Also do you know if we would be eligible for a refund if we are not in -process?

Many thanks in advance for your help.

Send them a fax - the number is on the London CIC page.

Hi -

I feel sure that a case specific e-mail will eventually be fine, follow up with a paper copy (special delivery) or a fax. Certainly if you feel a processing refund might be due.

Sorry to hear that you are deciding otherwise and (from looking on this board) I do feel that people under-estimate the financial cost when moving - good luck to you.
