I will be landing some time in the next few months.
My question is, how easy is it to get on a wireless phone plan with one of the major carriers?
Do you need to first have a SIN# and good credit?

You don't need a SIN#, but you will probably have to go with a pre-authorized credit card charge for the billing. That's what I had to do since I had no credit up here. I will say the plans and pricing up here suck compared to what I was getting on my US cell phone, especially the roaming charges.
