Will they renew my BC medical insurance if I haven't got a new WTP?
They've billed me for the last month as my WTP expires in October. As I haven't got any response about my WTP renewal, will they accept extending the medical insurance? or I have to wait till I get a response from Vegreville first?

As you have an application still in process that puts you on implied status. I ~believe~ you should be able to prove this to MSP and get your MSP extended.
