I would suggest that you ask Paul for your courier number and follow the instructions above, hopefully he will be kind enough to supply this to you as it's very important that you have it.

Guys
I have received an email, basically I have to finish of the rest of the work myself. I had a baby after my application was in. I have now been told I need to contact cic myself and send all required paperwork and documents for my baby.
I feel at this point I do want my refund back.
Any advise as how to go about that ???

there's more stuff on page 15 clause 12.3, 12.4 about trust money. the way i read it is that all clients' money should be held in a separate account and thus should be available to be returned?

If you paid fees by credit card then you should speak to your CC provider as it's likely, if you can prove that the work wasn't done, that they can refund the money to you.
