As Dutch nationals you should submit application to Berlin. You may also
submit it to Buffalo if principal applicant has been lawfully admitted to US
for at least 12 months.

Default Where to submit our PR??

Hello all,

So we filled out all the forms but we cannot seem to find where to send it
to.

We are Dutch citizens currently living in the US.


Hope you can help us out!

Note that if you are eligible to apply through Buffalo and decide to do so
then you must include proof of your status in US showing clearly that you
have been admitted for at least 12 months.

S.B,

I don't what you have against immigration lawyers or consultants or against Mr. Miller himself, but Mr. Miller provides good and valuable service to all of us.

Wish you wouldn't criticize so much and lower his interest in replying to a few who listen to him.
