I have to send the preliminary immigration application for Quebac.
I am Indian, presently in India since my birth. Where exactly I should send this application? To Damascus or Montreal?

Dear Sir,

I have already sent my application to Montreal. Do I need to send one more copy to Damascus or they will forward my application to Damascus?
