It has occured to me that all canadian immigration application processing for US nationals
is handled in Buffalo, right? Since I am wanting to immigrate to Quebec and not elsewhere in Canada where would I send my application? According to the information I've received after phoning the Délégation Générale du Québec in New York, I should return all my paperwork to them with no mention of Buffalo. How does Buffalo figure into the equation with Québec immigration? Service d'immigration du Québec One Rockefeller Plaza, 26th Floor New York, NY 10020-2102 (212) 843-0960 Torrance |

If it is approved then you submit your application with the CSQ to Buffalo. PMM |
