Default Where is the country name in the e-client system?

It seems the e-client system never displays one's country name. Does
it suppose to show the country name too when displaying applicant's
current mailing address?

I'm in Canada so I didn't pay attention to the country name of my address. However, to successfully get into e-client I had to say
my "country" of birth was England but I was born in Scotland in the country of United Kingdom.

How about those are not in the Canada? Does your mailing address show
the country name in the e-client system?

Not in my case(Germany). The e-Client does not show the country. But
on the envelope I received with the passport request, it shows the
country.

It doesn't seem to be consistent.

There are two different answers we have seen. So, the question for the
experts is whether it is necessary to notify the CIC of the country
name if the e-client system doesn't display the foreign country name
in one's mailing address?
