When PRP arrives....
I know its been asked before, but...
Am i correct in thinking there are forms sent with it which need to be completed and I will need to send photos?
(just trying to be prepared..!)

They will send you the form. You need to get 2 special pics done - take a trip to Snappy Snaps!
You have to tell them your height and eye colour. Height is in metres so don't do what I did and put 155 metres rather than 1.5! oops. They'll be wondering why they let this idiot in... lol
