Hi,

I am about to send in the application to sponsor my wife to Canada. When I submit the
forms I will pay $500 for the processes fee. I don't pay full process fee + ROLF
because I don't have that much $975 right now! Here are the questions:

1) When should I pay the ROLF?
2) Should I pay it in full or wait until the PR visa issued?
3) Will they send me a bill or I need to pay it without notice?
4) Will they ask my wife in US to pay or they will contact the sponsor?

Thank you very much!

You need to pay ROLF before visa can be issued and you or your wife will be notified
when to pay. But paying it with the application always saves several weeks of
processing time.
