When do you become a PR, when you get the visa or when you get the card?

Hello all,

Is the COPR (Confirmation of PR) letter that I got along with the visa a confirmation that I am a Canadian PR, even though I have not yet landed?

Thanks,

Ray

No, you don't become a PR until you "land"
