- 5 months in home country + 10 months in Canada is more than one year?
- is there a official definition of full time/part time? what kind of part time job is accepted? e.g. hours per day, salary etc.
- do i need pay stub, tax form for the corresponding work experience in home country?
- in my home country, i was employed by a company for 5 months while i was still studying in college for the last term. is it accepted?
thanks

Definition is here:
www.canlii.org/ca/regu/sor2-227/sec75.html
Pay attention to the word *continuous* - the employment must be continuous, thus 5 months in home country and 10 months in Canada will most likely not be a continuous employment.
Full time equivalent - you must calculate it from part time employment using 37.5 hours per week as full time.

Andrew,
What if the time between his 10 months job and 5 months job was less than a month? Could he then claim "continuous" ?
