Lightbulb What if Field of Experience is different from Education

What if a person is having an experience as Hotel Manager (NOC 0631) but holds Law degree. Is it Ok? Are both independent when assigning points? I read on Ontario Job Futures Website that Management is exceptional, dont require relevant education.

For Federal Skilled Worker application, they are independent of each other, so can be in different fields.

NOC 0631 is Restaurant and Food Service Managers not Hotel Manager. Make sure you still qualify for that NOC (or a different one) before applying.

I wrote title. Restaurant Manager is correct instead Hotel Manager.
Thanks for your information.
