What is a "Decision made"? the decision is the final decision or can be a stage decision?
 
I got online status change to "Decision Made", but I had not been
requested for medical reports yet.

What does it mean a "decision Made"?

It may mean any decision made during the process - at this stage it is most
likely initial assessment (interview) decision. Don't pay too much attention
to e-client if you don't want to go insane...
