2-December 2002- they were doing the assessment for November 2001
applications .
3-January 2003- they are doing the assessment for November 2001
applications.



Ps- i don't want know the reason why is late.No coments please.I'm
tired of excuses.In the other hand, if you have a timeline pass November
be free to post your information .
