want to hold application process in USA
Hi,
One of my friend applied for canadian immigration in March, 2002 at buffalo, usa. According to new system, he doesn't qualify. Last week, he applied for a job and there are good chances that he will get a job but it will take atleast 2 months for the whole process including approval from HRDC. with this job, he will get 80 points.
Presently, Buffalo is assesing applications received in April, 2002. He might get decision on his application any time and it will be rejected as he have less points at present. Is there any way, he can request Canadian consulate in buffalo to put his application on hold for couple of months.
Another question is if his application gets rejected then how can he re-assess his application by submitting other documents like job offer from canada.
