Waiting for PPR and Options

Waiting for PPR and Options
As we paitently wait for our PPR, I am looking for some advice.
We can either return to the UK and wait the ten working days to get our visas or send our visas back by courier/post. My only concern with the courier option is the time it takes, it appears to be 30 days when I searched the forum.
In peoples experience how long does it take, as you can see from our timeline we are on a one year Bunac visa, and need to land as PR's by May. I would hate to be stuck in Canada waiting for the post, with no passport and no real status.
