Visitor extension refused
Does anyone know what one can do when your application for extension of your visitor temporary resident status has been refused. Can I apply for restoration or is there no appeal?

What reason did they give. How long were you in the Country and where is your country of citizenship?
There should be an appeals system in place. Check out www.cic.gc.ca.

There is no appeal process in such cases. And it is highly unlikely that application to restore the status will be approved if the reasons for refusal of extension remain.
