visit visa and immigration
Respected Members
To be fair enough, I got a visit visa to Canada and I am planning to be there soon and will never come back to the Arab world, I have strong reasons to do so. The reason varies between Discrimination, Humiliation and or threat of life.
ITS TRUE STORY
My question is that:
Shall I and my family apply for refugee status upon the arrival to the port of entry in Canada?
Or
To apply within Canada
Which is better to apply for refugee or humanitarian and compassionate status
Please don’t tell me not to come because I have already decided
Legal advice will be appreciated

You must have solid and well documented grounds for applying for refugee status. If you have passports, Canadian visas, etc. then I have a feeling that your claim won't go well. Your discontent with "Arab world" is not good enough to claim refugee status. Not even close...
Nobody will give you any legal advice without knowing details of your claim, so you may forget asking in immigration forums, unless you want some unreliable answers from people who have no legal expertise in the matter and will likely mislead you.

If you are a valid refugee fleeing with fear for your life why not travel to the nearest safe country as per the UN Refugee Movements legislations? Surely any country is better if that is the case?
