Visit Canada while PR is in process?

Default Visit Canada while PR is in process?
I am planning to visit my brother over the Christmas and wondering if i need to tell the immigration officer that I have applied for a PR.

Is it ok to visit Canada while PR is in process?
My visit will be only 10 days and I have a return ticket.

Please advise!

I visited in March and had no problems. I told the immigration dude (without being asked) that I had an application for PR being processed and he asked if it was independent or sponsored. He just stamped my passport and I was on my way. He didn't even ask how long I was staying or if I had a return ticket.
