Default Visa officer careless

Hi,
I sent my application 4 weeks ago and I got it back unprocessed as they told
me
"You have not sent the processing fee". I sent the draft and they did not
see it.
I put all papers according to check list, so the draft was in the middle of
the package.
Probably he/she just turned couple of pages from the top and found no bank
draft
then he/she return it to me. Should I send it back to them that package or
fresh application?

Or just I convert the draft (1400$) to euro and forget about Canada. I was
trying to find job last 6 motnhs
and very much disappointed with job search. May be I applied when I get a
job. I have nice work
in Finland with high salary.

Any suggestion.

Sounds like you're desperate to come to Canada. May as well stay in
Finland if you're indifferent. Make room for someone who *really* wants to
move to Canada.

Good luck.

Tervus, Kauka!

Try to call the embassy and ask about. Your intention and your ability to
move to Canada are independent things. What embassy did you send your
application to?

Max.
