Default Visa Office

Hi everyone,

Today I have received a letter from the Case Processing Center in Missisauga that I
am eiligible as a sponsor to sponsoring my fiance who lives in Hong Kong. However, in
the letter said that the undertaking is being forward to the Visa Office in Beijing,
instead of Hong Kong. I am sure when I submited my IMM1344 form, I have stated the
Hong Kong Visa Office. Is there any mistake in this process? Can I tell the Case
Processing Center that correct this mistake or should my fiance submit a letter
indicate the file should transfer back to Hong Kong Visa Office when my fiance submit
her application?

I know The Immigrant Application Form - Family (IM0008) and the other addtional forms
are different between the Hong Kong Visa office and Beijing Office. Which forms
should I follow?

Last question, in the letter that I receive today, it said it will transfer the case
to Hong Kong Visa Office, however it still ask my fiance to mail the application to
the Beijing Visa Office. I am afraid at the end the Hong Kong Visa Office is waiting
for my fiance's application while the application is in Beijing Visa Office.

Bryan
