Hi,

Can any one tell me if you are unlucky not to get approved for your Visa do you get the Visa fees back?

Emma

The fees are to pay the admin costs they incur in processing your application.

The only stage at which you can get your fees back is if they fail your application at CIC before forwarding to visa office. Once visa office get it you can never get the fees back.

So, just to confirm, even if you get through the medical stage but fail them, you get nothing back, even the RPRF? Feeling very pessimistic today
Thanks

Yes, you'd get the RPRF back, but not the application fees.

Don't be pessimistic, for you.
