Urgent - Mr.Miller Please help.
Hello,
I an having a problem regarding my PR Card.
I landed in Canada last month and had to come back to Boston without my PR Card as I had to attend school.
The problem is:
My husband’s card was mailed to the address we provided and though there was an error in the mailing address it reached the right address but mine has not come yet. The 1- 800 number is accessible only from Canada to track PR Cards and I am in Boston right now.
Can I apply for a travel document to go to Canada and personally fid out about my PR Card?
Where can one apply for a travel document and does one have to go personally for this or can one mail their application?
Also can the immigration officer at the port of entry into Canada give me a hard time for leaving without my PR Card and also do they have the right to cancel my residency over this?
Please advice me regarding this problem

Download application for TD from CIC website and submit it to Buffalo.
Nobody will cancel your PR status for leaving Canada without PR Card.
