Hi friends,

I am in USA and am about to file for my PR application to Buffalo. I have filled all
forms and collected all necessary paperwork and fees, photso e.t.c. Before sending,
some questions that I am stumped on;

1. There is a form "IMM 1052 (02-1999) B; Note to Applicant" that was in the
application kit that I printed from the consulate site. That is to be filled in
English or French and Han Mun (I believe those are chinese characters). I am not
chinese, and I am thinking that form is only required for Chinese or Korean people
so I do not have to fill it. Can someone please confirm that.

2. Total number of photos required is 3 total per each applicant, or 3 per applicant,
per application form (meaning total of 6 per each person for application of a
husband and wife) ???

3. Three copies of the application form are reqquired, but only one copy of all the
documents is needed. Right ?????

4. Important question >>>>>>> My FBI report is about 4 and 1/2 months old. I
understand upto 6 months one can use the FBI report. If I send my application
tomorrow in overnight, it will still have a month and a half before it expires.
Question is, how soon do the visa officers open the applications that they
receive. If they open the application after 6 weeks for example, then the FBI
report will not be valid. Will that mean they will reject the application, or send
back to me. What should I do to avoid such situation????

Submit it anyway. The consulate will take 4 to5 months beofe they review your file by
which time thay may ask for an update.
