urgent help needed.
My mother is from Pakistan and she have applied for Family sponsor.
unfortunately, She have submitted her visa documents to London visa office by mistaken, please advice how she can get back her documents and re submit to Islamabad visa office.
Please advice as it is already been very much delayed.

Hi
If a visa office gets an application or docs which should have gone to another visa office, they will either forward them on to that office or return them to her / you. I would send them a case specific e-mail, if you have a file number, or a general one if not to ask what they will do with those documents, telling them what has happened. You can get the e-mail from London office's website.

It is unfair to assume everyone gets it right all the time, mistakes happen. It was not the OP who sent it to the wrong place, but the mother, and I am sure other than a delay, things will work out fine in the end.

Erm don't Pakistan applications all go to London now anyway? Check cic.gc.ca for info.
