Default Updating Schedule A
Hi all,

I have been asked to update my schedule A for both myself and my husband.
I know it is the IMM 5669 form that I have to complete, but I seem to be finding 2 versions of it. There is the version you validate, and one that you don't.

Which one should i be completing?

How are you applying for PR? You need to use the correct form for however you’re applying, from the website.
