Union membership

Union membership
Hi all,
Just polishing up our sponsorship paperwork and on the PR backgroud declaration there is a section requesting details of memberships of organisations including, amongst other things, trade unions. My OH has always been a union member wherever he has worked. He's only ever been a subscription paying member, never gone on strike and never been a rep.
For those who have completed this form did you list all your union memberships even if you was just a paid up member? My OH's list will go back about 15 years!
